Switzerland, Germany, Austria, and Northern Italy (part 1)

We flew to Zurich (I was 17/18 weeks pregnant, still often nauseas, had a terrible cold/cough, and barely slept on the 8 hr red eye) arriving in the morning and stayed awake running around the city that day. Spent that night on the Island of Lindau, Germany on Lake Constance.

After driving through the German/Austrian countryside we arrived in Salzburg for the night and stayed at the hotel Schloss Leopoldsckron where they filmed many scenes from The Sound of Music!
